  • Boredom in the gym will lead to something


It was Saturday, October 22 and powerlifting offseason for me. I am doing high reps instead of the usual 4 rep  max per heavy set routine. The gym was a furnace. It was during my rest period between the 8 rep 170 kg (374 lbs) deadlift that I decided to plank to get the feeling why this has been the craze lately. Seems easy enough. Owling will be next, perhaps?
